These Terms and Services govern all contracts and agreements between TOPTOMCONSTRUCTIONSLTD (“the Company”) and its clients (“the Client”) for the provision of construction and related services. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Work
The Company shall provide construction services as detailed in the signed contract or project agreement. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Quotation and Pricing
All quotations provided by the Company are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the project scope, materials, labor, and timeline. Any modifications may affect the final cost.
4. Payment Terms
• A deposit of [X]% is required before work begins.
• Progress payments shall be made according to the payment schedule in the contract.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client acceptance.
• Late payments may incur interest charges of [X]% per month.
5. Project Timeline

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client must:
• Provide clear access to the project site.
• Secure necessary permits unless agreed otherwise.
• Ensure that utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are available on-site.
• Inform the Company of any relevant property limitations or legal restrictions.
7. Change Orders
Any request for changes to the original plan or scope must be submitted in writing. The Company will issue a revised quote or change order for the Client’s approval before proceeding.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
The Company provides a [X-year] warranty on workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used. Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or alterations by third parties.
9. Liability

Any disputes arising shall be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, the matter may be taken to arbitration or the appropriate court of jurisdiction in Ibadan Oyo.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria/Oyo.
